Shane and Steve are interested in a spin tomorrow. 10am YH. Mick may need some help with fixing up the race course for Sunday so I may not be able to make it, but you'll be in safe hands with them. The spin will be handy enough

Got to be home at around 11.30, so was going to head out abit early, round the 8, 8.30 mark and head for ticknock. Let know if your heading that direction and i'll try meet up you.

u can pretty much assume that saturday spins will be easier than sunday spins. basically....just come along with the essential stuff - bike! tubes water HELMET yada yada yada
