MAD Storm Sea Otter

Well done to MAD racers last weekend in their various endeavours. Our secret weapon, Ryan Sherlock, had a phenomenal race at the Sea Otter Classic in Monterey, California. In spite of recent injuries to right arm and ribs, Ryan fought hard to finish in an incredible 4th place!
Full results are availabe on the Sea Otter website: http://www.seaotterclassic.com/2006/168.htm.
Not wishing to be outdone, 2005 club champion Sean Downey boldly flew the MAD banner at the 4th Interclub, coming in a strong 9th place.
With the NPS looming closer, these results are surely just a taste of the glory to follow...

Good work lads. Amazing result Ryan - 4th out of 500! Expecting great things from you in the NPS this year. I hope to get back in to racing soon, as soon as I'm out of quarentine.

Ahh, I wish I came 4th out of 500. My class was a good bit smaller then that!
