The start is gonna be REALLY important on this one, so everyone should get their sprint training going-get near the front and stay there!!!
Likely gonna be a long fireroad section that'll spread the pack before a lot of singletrack so train with that in mind.

put a post up on www.mtbireland.com in the forum section, and put one in www.epicmtb.com/smf
hopefully you'll get it back but i doubt that it's too likely. Where did it get stolen from?
