Mel and I will be taking part in this this year. We did it last year and had a great time, the run isn't even very long - good for me as I have not ran since this time last year!

So far the line up from MAD is
Ryan and Mel
RichieC and CormacA
Me and Cait
GrahamD and SteveS
Are any others heading down?
Perhaps some carpooling would be nice eh??
I can probably get my hands on a car, but I don't have a bike rack. Might squeeze 3 bikes in but can only take myself and one other.
I need to double check anyway

Nigel - I'm even dopier than I thought. I thought I had posted a message saying you were not on the entry list but it seems I never hit the 'Publish' button so it never appeared. I'm sure you are completely confused by now!! Anyway see you in Annacurra.

Registration from 9am, Briefing 10am
Hi to all competitors,
Registration is from 9am in the community hall in Annacurra. Your bike needs to be in place in the church carpark before 10am.The briefing is at 10am and the race starts with a running lap of the GAA field at 10.30am on the button.
Camping is in the field behind the church carpark for anyone wishing to camp on either Friday or Saturday.
We have a few teams now with one partner looking for a teammate due to various reasons. If you are in this situation come down early on Saturday and we'll do our best to pair up the other newly partnerless singletons.
The rules of the road apply at all times and be aware of other forestry users on singletrack sections.
Neither Doug or I will have internet or email access after Thursday evening so please use our phone numbers.

you will need to bring enough energy food for 4~6 hours along with your runners in a backpack if you use cycling shoes. Plenty of water refills available along the way :)
cheers,
Peter and Doug
