Choo-Choo! All aboard! Night Train(ing)!

The non-stop Savage City Express is departing Taylors pub at 7pm - get your ticket - get onboard - get savage!!
Elevate your VO2 and Lactate levels to the max! (whatever that means)
Assuming no hurricanes or biblical-proportioned flooding, we'll be doing multiple laps of jelly-legged, chain-stretchin' torture on the same route as last week, as I hear people found it very mild and pleasant....
Coming out on this training spin is sure to bump you up at least one place in Sunday's K-Cap race, which is going to see a very strong MAD contingent, that one place could make all the difference....
See you there my loyal minions!
Mr Secretary

that ain't fair!
you cant say that people are guaranteed to bump themselves up the rankings if they attend the trip on the night train, because people like myself with a severe lack of lights and time can't go, and by this logic we can't bump our rankings up!
even though i can't go on this night train trip, i still hope to be alright at the weekend!

Don't worry Barry, I'll at least guarantee you'll enjoy the race if you come along (hope it ain't going to be too muddy)!
Hey Owen, one of the other guys Keith is also looking to do a photo session with us/other bikers someday - we'll wait for decent weather I think then let ye know, a few of us are getting fat bikes to do a few jumps etc.. you can take some great snaps of the resulting carnage.
You could tell people you're a war-correspondant photographer such will be the nature of the prospective injuries...
You could alway come along to the race on Sunday if you want and grab some snaps, it'd be great to have some pro-quality snaps taken, and you could give our new temporary resident photographer (Mr Banjax O'Brien) a few tips - he's been forced into his current role through injury...we hope he gets better soon though!

get yourself a LED flashy lamp, the tickets for the Savage Express aren't any cheaper if you arrive early....and the buffet service doesn't start 'til 7 anyway....

Inga, Nigel, Cormac and myself out last night - that was it!!!!!!
Grrrrrrrr!!!!!
All you nancies that skipped last nights' night-train coz you thought it would rain and you would get your nice frocks all dirty will suffer for this come Sunday!!
Maybe you were at home trying on a new skirt or posing in the mirror with your new handbag (the lads that is!!)...such preparations are of neglibible benefit when grunting around what I am very reliably informed to be a really exciting track...though you could fit plenty of energy gels in a handbag...and skirt would help keep you cool on the climbs...maybe you puffs are smarter than I first thought.....
