    Here's a map

I'll be meeting a couple of people at the Yellow House so if anyone wants to ride up with us - be there at 9.30.

I'll be leading an intermediate (read - fastish) night spin on Wednesday leaving Ticknock carpark at 7pm. The pace will be similar to last Wednesdays spin so if you managed it, this will be no problem.

We will be going down boulderdash so please pump up your tires before you leave! :) Whoever punctures must make brownies (or similar treats) for the next spin!

Let me know if you are going to pop along so that we are not waiting around. Also, if 7pm does not suit a lot of people please email me and I could change it to 7:30pm instead - I'm setting it at 7 now because I think the spin will take about 2.5 hours.

urhhhh! you don't wanna get caught in the middle of a pikey boxing ring Nigel....especially when the women are fighting, I worked in a pub yonks ago that had a circular lounge and now and again the spud-eared travelling folk would sneak-in, get bent-up, and bate the bejaysus out of each other, and it was always the women who had the best scraps, no hair-pulling now - that's for sissies, closed-fist boxes to the noggin and all.....I just called the gaurds and stood at the doorway and marvelled at the violence til the gaurds arrived, then the gaurds used to wait til the scraps were over then arrest them when they were too knackered to resist (hoo hoo! what a pun!)
